1: Order Cancellation
You can change your mind and cancel your order within 7 working days after you receive your order. If you want to cancel your order we will refund:
- The full purchase price
- Any delivery charges that you may have paid
If you do cancel your order, you will be expected to return the items to us, un-used and in perfect condition.
We won’t refund your delivery costs for returning the items.
2: Damaged or faulty products and incorrect orders
You can exchange your items or obtain a full refund if they are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if they are not the goods which you originally ordered.
When returning damaged, faulty or incorrect orders will refund:
- The full purchase price
- Deliver charges
- Return delivery charges
When exchanging fault, damaged or incorrect orders we will:
- Send you replacement items free of charge
- Refund your costs for returning the goods (upon production of a receipt)
3: How to return your items
You can return your items by using our simple online returns form above.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your returns to reach us.
As soon as it does, we will process your return within 2 working days.
Reasonable care must be used when packaging the item(s) for return so that they are not damaged in transit.
You are advised to use a carrier that offers traceability and insurance.
